In addition to the in-house quality monitoring, the product quality is
further assured by the strict vigilance and close monitoring of SASO (Saudi
Arabian Standards Organisation) which has laid down strict standards for quality
on food products.

Quality Control procedures are diligently monitored on
ingredients, packing materials both before and after the production processes.
By doing so, the Company aims to achieve the best quality and consistent
standards in order to maintain approved and pre-determined quality parameters.
Raw and Packaging materials are strictly inspected and tested to conform to
SASO, and FDA regulations. This is in accordance with the methodology approved
by AOAC to ensure that ingredients of highest quality and appropriate packaging
materials are used in manufacturing operations.


Additional stages of
Quality Control are implemented by setting up Standard Operating Procedures to
monitor, maintain, detect and conform to approved operational procedures that
will ensure highest standards amongst its products.


Further testing
procedure and specification standards are periodically modified and updated in
accordance with changing requirements of consumer needs as revised by WHO -World
Health Organization.


 




  Raw material quality
specification tests are carried out by physical & chemical
analysis.


  Packaging material
inspection is done by physical and mechanical tests for the standard
quality.


  Online process
inspections are conducted under consistent vigilance to eliminate substandard
products.


  Physical and inspections
are conducted on periodical process samples from manufacturing and as well as
packaging processes.


  Laboratory tests and
extended shelf life inspections are carried out on packed products with emphasis
on validity coding and labeling standards.


  Storage and travel
tests, as may be required, are done to confirm product stability during handling
and transport.


  Plant and personnel
hygiene are periodically done to eliminate environmental, bacterial and human
contaminations.


  Periodical checks are
done on finished product samples for microbiological tests to eliminate food
poisoning and related risks.


  Additional inspections
are carried out to comply with local and export regulations.
